Tawal Tech

Specialized systems,
built to outlive the roadmap.

We design and build the software companies run on — when the off-the-shelf product no longer fits. And we ship our own SaaS products, so we build yours with the judgment of someone who has to operate it afterwards.

What we do

Two ways we get involved.

Every engagement is owned by a senior engineer with three decades of production experience. No account layer, no hand-off to a junior bench.

01

Specialized Systems

Software shaped around how your company actually operates.

When the off-the-shelf product forces you to change your process instead of supporting it, the tool is wrong. We build line-of-business platforms — operations, logistics, billing, internal tooling, integrations — designed against your real workflow and your real data.

  • Discovery against real operators, not org charts
  • Domain modeling before a line of code
  • Integrations with what you already run
  • Documented, handover-ready from day one
02

SaaS Products

We run our own products, so we build yours like an owner.

Multi-tenant architecture, billing, onboarding, usage metering, and the operational scaffolding that decides whether a product survives its first hundred customers. We have made these decisions on our own P&L, which is a different exercise than making them on someone else's.

  • Tenant isolation and data-boundary design
  • Subscription, metering and billing flows
  • Zero-downtime release and migration paths
  • Observability wired in before launch

Our own products

We build for ourselves too.

Running products on our own budget keeps the advice honest. The trade-offs we recommend to clients are the ones we have already paid for.

Loyalty PlatformLive
Captain Hook logo

Captain Hook

Digital loyalty without the app store. One QR at the counter opens the merchant's own branded stamp card in the browser — nothing for the customer to install. Staff run it from a phone, owners get a multi-branch dashboard.

Team ProductivityLive

AL's Kanban

A kanban board with no paid tier. Cards, labels, due dates, checklists, files and teammates are all free from the first day — built for the small teams and freelancers who would rather not start a project on a pricing page.

Studio ManagementLive

AL's Fit

Scheduling, bookings and payments for boutique studios and solo instructors — yoga, pilates, dance, personal training. Clients book from any browser and pay by card, cash or CliQ, and every booking raises its own invoice.

How we work

Predictable from the first week.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Time with the people who use the system. We map the real process, the workarounds, and the constraints nobody wrote down.

  2. 02

    Architect

A written design: data model, boundaries, integrations, failure modes, and cost. You approve the shape before we build it.

  3. 03

    Build

Shipped in working increments you can use, not a big-bang delivery. Reviewed code, tests where they earn their keep, environments that mirror production.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Documentation, runbooks and a team that can operate it without us. Continued support is a choice you make, not a dependency we engineer.

Who you get

Twenty-seven years of production systems.

Tawal Tech is led by Alaa Tawalbeh, a CTO who has spent nearly three decades building, scaling and rescuing software systems — as an engineer, an architect, and in the chair where the technology decisions stop.

That means the person scoping your project is the person who has already carried a system through its second year, its first outage and its first acquisition due diligence. Engagements stay small on purpose.

Start a conversation

Boring where it counts

Novel technology is a cost you pay every day it is in production. We spend it deliberately, and almost never on infrastructure.

Written before built

Architecture decisions get a document with the trade-off and the rejected alternatives. It survives the people who made it.

Security is not a phase

Auth boundaries, tenant isolation and input handling are design inputs, not a checklist item before launch.

Built to be handed over

The measure of the work is whether your team can operate and extend it after we leave.

A short description of the problem is enough to start. The first call is a technical conversation, not a sales one — you will leave it with an opinion whether or not we work together.
